The College Council revokes the student’s registration based on the approval of the Executive
Committee in the following cases:
1. If the applicant does not pay the fees for tuition or courses registration.
2. If the applicant submits a request to cancel his/her registration.
3. If the student drops out of study without an acceptable excuse for two consecutive
years
